1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries (I buy the wild berry blend at Wal-Mart that has strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries.)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 to 3 tablespoons honey or to taste
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. They turn out so thick and delicious!!
*Thank you for the recipe Betsy. I'll be sure to try this since Jack loves fruit any way he can get it.

Hot Taco Dip
I'll get things started off with a simple bean dip I had at a party over the holidays.
1 can refried beans
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 T. mild taco seasoning
1 brick of cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
tomatoes
green onions
tortilla chips
Spread beans in the bottom of a pie plate. In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning together and spread evenly over beans. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Top with green onions and chopped up tomatoes (optional) and serve with tortilla chips.
